Systems Maintenance for Fronter is planned in Oslo later this month, which will require minimal interruption to Fronter availability.
New database servers will be put into production on Monday the 25th of August at 21:00. This will require the databases to be moved from the old servers to the new servers. All customers will be moved to servers with increased capacity.
Downtime for Fronter customers is estimated to be from 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

E2BN are performing some planned maintenance on their networks, this means that the schools Video Conferencing service will be unavailable on the 27th August from 10pm till 12pm.

From the 27th August, with the release of version 3.1, the 'Remember Me' function on the login screen of e1 will only remember your username and not your password. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgotten Password link on the login screen to be sent a new one to the e-mail address associated with your e1 account. Please note your account will be locked if you have three unsuccessful attempts to log in to the system. If you experience any problems please contact ICT Solutions.
