The site can be used without a mouse. There are shortcut keys that will take you to the common navigation elements that are at the top and bottom of each page.
To use these shortcut keys hold down the ALT key (PC) or CONTROL key (Apple Macintosh) and then one of the keys in the table below. In some browsers you may have to press enter to confirm your choice. In the Opera 7 browser press Shift-Esc, release those keys, and then press your chosen access key.

We have devised a simple and effective text based navigation method for our site and we have provided text alternatives to graphics on the site. We are in the process of updating our site to ensure JAWS and other text to speech browsers can read all elements clearly and concisely.
Those with poor sight may be able to increase the size of the text on screen.

| Netscape 4 | Hold down CTRL and press [ or ] to alter the text size. |
| Netscape 3 | Select 'Options', then 'General Preferences', then 'Fonts', and then 'Choose Font...' to choose a text size. |

We have tried wherever possible to make sure that our pages do not use large pictures and unnecessary code so that they load as quickly as possible.
We are in the process of converting all documents on this website to web pages for ease of viewing, in addition all documents will be available in both Native and Web standard formats, e.g. Microsoft Word & PDF.
All the pages on our website are or will be printer friendly, so that a hard copy can be produced without half the text disappearing off the page, or similar problems occuring.
The site has been tested on Internet Explorer versions 5, 5.5, 6.0, 7.0, Opera 9.x, Firefox 1.5/2.x and LYNX, we will test on more platforms as our site updates come on line and old material is removed.
